It was a good size, but nearly all meat - not lots of bone like some. I got inspiration for recipes from Glenquicken Farm's Facebook page and roasted it accordingly. The meat came out perfect - no other word for it! Very moist - full of flavour - easy to carve! Eventually, after several days, we managed to get through the turkey meat and finished it off with a fab curry! The venison roast will be our New Year’s Eve treat - we're so looking forward to it. I cannot recommend Glenquicken Farm Game Meats highly enough. Very friendly, easy to buy from and great meats no matter what the type.”
